What we collect. When you call or use the scheduling assistant, we collect the details you provide: name, phone number, service address or city, and a description of the problem.

Why we collect it. Solely to schedule, perform and follow up on the service you asked for. Requests are routed to the Dr Handyman Service dispatcher, who contacts you to confirm.

Sharing. We do not sell your information. It is shared only with the technician assigned to your job and the service providers that run our phone and scheduling tools.

Retention and access. Service records are kept for warranty and follow-up purposes. To ask what we hold, or to have your details removed, call 561-506-2278.
